The India Process Expo & Conference (IPEC) 2025 is set to open as one of the country’s most significant events, gathering leading players from across the process industry. Organized by Hyderabad International Trade Expositions Ltd (HITEX), from August 22-24, 2025, at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, Hyderabad, the expo is expected to showcase forward-thinking process engineering, automation, and industrial solutions.

The 4th edition will convene 90 companies from across the nation, offering a comprehensive platform, designed to support innovation, foster invaluable networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities, and help businesses identify emerging opportunities in the process industry—from automation, instrumentation and process sectors.

A Nation-Wide Roll Call—Plus One from Abroad
With over 26 cities and more than 12 states represented, the event’s footprint covers nearly every major industrial pocket of the country. Major industrial hubs include Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Rajkot, Ankleshwar, Hubli, Nashik, Noida, Hosur, Meerut, Navi Mumbai, Vapi, Vadodara, Secunderabad, Nagpur, Mullanpur Dakha, Bangalore, Ongole, and Kota.

Furthermore, the expo will witness the participation from the city of Leicester, United Kingdom, illustrating the global appeal and reach of the event.

Breaking down the broad mix of sectors within the process industry, this year’s edition will feature 26 companies gearing up to showcase innovations in Pumps, Compressors, and Valves & Fittings. 23 exhibitors will display advancements from the Automation, Instrumentation & Control segment.

The Process Aids sector will be explored by 10 companies coming forth with their solutions. Energy Process and Manufacturing Process segments will be represented by 8 and 7 companies, respectively. 5 companies are looking forward to exhibiting under the Value Engineering, Information and Technology (IT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Industry 4.0 category.

Additionally, Material Handling & Logistics will be represented by 4 companies, whereas 1 company will stand tall as the sole exhibitor under the Industrial Safety category. To round out the mix, other key categories such as Consulting, Info Services, and more, will expect 6 companies to display their advanced solutions.
