Exhibition Halls

HITEX offers 3 large air-conditioned exhibition halls of  3500 sq.m (37,660 sq.ft) each that meet the highest discerning international standards and provide comprehensive and flexible layouts of space.

Each of these halls are premium column-free structures for customized settings to offering endless possibilities for all types and sizes of exhibitions and events. While the 19.5 m high ceiling of these halls permit high fascia and facilitate easier stall erection, its heavy-duty flooring has a good loading capacity of 50KN/sq.m to withstand display and demonstration of heavy machinery. The intricate steel structure ceiling of these halls facilitates display hangings above the stalls in the exhibition.

The halls come with exhaustive range of  amenities such as power, water, telecommunications, compressed air system and rest rooms with special provision for the the physically challenged.

The wide service area along these halls aid quick and easy movement of exhibits and equipment in and out of the halls. The Centre also offers adequate space for storage within the exhibition halls.

Communications: 100 nos. telephone outlets./hall; 65 nos. Data outlets connected to our central switch for internet connectivity through VSNL gateway
Ventilation: Centralized air cooling.
Fire Safety: Hose reel, beam type detectors, fire extinguishers, 7 manual call points, photo luminescent signage.
PA System: 20 nos. speakers for announcements /hall
Security System: CCTV surveillance system - with cameras at various locations inside and outside the halls and Trade Fair Building
Wash Rooms: Separate for ladies & gents with special provision for physically challenged, both within the halls and outside in the service blocks
